where to start... I need some tips.
I am a vegetarian so i probably dont eat enough protein and i do eat bread.
i am 5'8" and weigh around 60kgs. i have slim arms and legs and go to the gym 4 times a week, i am happy with my body mostly but am SO self concious of my tummy. at the gym i do loads of cardio and stay for at least an hour each time.
i know that bread is bad for the tummy area but surely there is an exercise that can reverse the effects?
any advice or inspiration please!! im going on holiday in 3 weeks help me!

 thanks!

this is all health problems aside...each body stores fat in a different manner and you just might have won the genetic lottery for abdominal area storage...another thing could be too much sodium in your diet (salty foods)...as far as I'm aware no exercise can precision-target a particular area of your body and judging only from what you wrote, your diet might be a bigger issue than exercise...I suggest putting everything you eat in a calorie monitoring tool like cronometer (at least for a couple of days) to see where you're at with your calories...oh, and being a vegetarian is usually not a protein deficient diet provided you consume enough calories (unless you are eating some really unhealthy variation of it)...a tool like cronometer can also tell you where you are protein-wise

While there is no exercise that can target the burn of fat to take place in the tummy area - you can exercise to improve your tummy muscles so that you carry your fat better...

There are plenty of exercises like sit-ups that focus on tummy muscles.

You can address the sodium aspect that Rok mentioned by ensuring that your sodium is less than 2300mg when you analyse your nutrition for calories and protein.
