I'm New

Hey everyone,
Im obviously new, but Im also new to fitness... sadly
I've never done a structured workout in my life, I've only ran around with my horse, rode or ran down the road and back with my dog.
I'm almost done high school and I want to become fit, get the most out of life and now let me get in the way of doing things because 'I'm to tired' ect.
This is who I currently am:
Female
5'6
170lbs
Larger boned
Have muscle in odd places from riding and training horses
Want to loose 30lbs of fat
Want to Gain more muscle
BUT most of all I want to eat healthy
