Hi all
First off I live in AL with 6 people 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house and its very stressful here right now. I am 19 and about to start college in another state.
Well, I weigh between 350 and 359 pounds. I am 6' 1" and for being so heavy a lot of that is muscle, but I still have a lot of fat surrounding it. In the month of september, I started a diet and a walking program. My diet constisted of breakfast being cold cereal and milk. lunch was, a cup of select harvest soup, 8 oz. of V8, a nature valley granola bar, and a handful of cashew. Dinner consisted about 6-7 oz of meat, a cup of corn, and a cup of broccoli. Desert was about 8 oz. of V8 fusion.
My walking routine was 40 minutes of alternating 5 minutes of walking and 2 minute of jogging.
I did this for the entire month of september and a little of october.
That whole month I barely left the house other than to go to work for 4 hours a day.
Well, I got tired of sitting at home all the time and I started to hang out more and more. Fast food was convenient for me, and I was mad at myself for starting to eat it again.
I'm getting ready to move and I want to be able to get healthy on my own since my parents don't really seem to want to.
I need some motivation tips and help from anyone here. Anything is greatly appreciated.
