hi, all
i'm new here. before, i would always google the latest diets to lose a quick ten pounds. the weight would always creep back up on me, though. and now, i find myself with over 70 pounds to lose. i found this site before, while i was googling another diet to try, and i'm really glad i found it. i'm usually looking through the before and after threads, because they are SO motivational. i've decided to do things the right way. i even went out and got a treadmill and a mini elliptical. i want to do this the right way, and i knew that joining this site would help me stay on track. so, here i am. i'm ready to do what it takes
i would love to make friends on here and be able to help anyone
oh, by the way, i'm 17, 5'0, and my weight won't drop below 184. it goes up to 186, then back down to 184, then up to 190, then down to 188... but it's usually around 184.
so, any tips or motivation? it would be greatly appreciated
