My name is Jen and I just found this site. I am trying to lose about 85 pounds. I just started taking a kickboxing class about a week ago and have lost 6 pounds so far. Hopefully I can keep myself motivated to keep going and reach my goal.![]()
I would recommend starting a diary as the pp has mentioned. I also would recommend doing a food journal. you can do it online at . Take baby steps and you will get to your goal. I was told to take things one day at a time and only do small changes at a time not to try changing a bunch of stuff at all once or you will overwhelm yourself.
