hi im new here just looking for people to talk to on this weight loss thing i started a diet about 1 month ago and have lost 10 pounds and now im in a stand still i had a baby 1 year ago and was up to 135 and im trying to get back down to my high school weight of 115 and this next 10 pounds is about to kill me i have got to where all i think about is weight loss i count all my calorie intake to a t andi work out 2 times a day plus go on walks with my son i fell like im going to go crazy either that or im going to become over obsessed help any one
