Hi everyone! Okay, so here's my story. In high school, I always struggled with my weight. Freshman year I weighed around 145 lbs.. and was a size 12. For a high school girl, that is not good. So i lost around 15 lbs, and I've been 130 lbs every since (with neverending diet attempts to get smaller), and wearing a size 8.
My goal: to weigh 110 lbs and wear a size 4.
I'm a student.. I study acting, and I really want a shot at making it. This is what it takes!
I'm trying now to eat between 800-1000 calories per day before school kicks into gear and I need more energy. By that time, it should be up to 1200. I hope to lose around 5 lbs each month, and weigh 110 by the end of the school year. I really think I have a chance if I do it sensibly!!!
