well, i am new to all this, a little computer-challenged and such, but i will give it a go! im 20, live in melbourne, and have just started the sureslim diet. probably bad timing since its nearly christmas but oh well! going well so far, but wanna talk to anyone and everyone who has had weight loss success for tips and such, maybe a little motivation lol!
also, i am interested in seeing a copy of the cohens diet. i heard its like sureslim but u get to snack in between the 5 hour meal gap? my mum was thinking of also joining sureslim but she doesnt deal well with going long periods without food so i thought maybe she'd enjoy the cohens better.
