Hi! I'm new here, but I wanted to tell you I weigh myself every day and from time to time it does stay put/move up. Several things here - 1) are you drinking enough water? If not you could be retaining water and the weight gain could be caused by that. In the same vein, reduce your salt intake if it's significant as that can also cause water retention. Similarly, hormonal fluctuations have that effect on me. I just wait for it to pass. 2) Look back at what you've been eating and make sure you're not slipping up more often than usual. If you don't keep a food diary try doing that as I've found it really helps and it's a useful point of reference. 3) I found weight training helped me to get the scale moving down again when things got slow!
