im new to this and ready to lose weight

i'm 18 years old. i've been overweight for as long as i can remember usually staying around 170 pounds. but within the past two years i've gained even more. now i'm at 225. i've always talked about how i want to lose weight and would try for like a week and give up but im determined to do it now. i'm fed up with the way i look and feel. i wanna be confident in myself. i'm on day 4 now. i've only lost a little over a pound which is nothing considering how big i am, but i havent been doing much either. i guess im just looking for advice, i've never really worked out before, i cant afford to go to the gym, its cold outside, and i live in a small apartment so what are some exercises that would work for me? also i'm an extremely picky eater. i do not like any vegetables at all. i've tried them and literally cannot stand the taste. and the only fruit i like is apples. so its hard for me to eat right as well, but i was eating fast food like once a day every day and i completely gave that up. any ideas?
 
I don't know why you want to take a drug that can harm you, especially at your age.


Now, what I suggest is keeping a food diary for a week. Write down everything you eat. You can then go and check what changes can be made. My biggest worry is are you really committed to lose the weight? If so, throw those pills out.
