I am a mom to 2. Daughter is 3 this week! and my son is 10 months. I'm also 39 yrs old.
It is so good to find a forum of moms trying to lose weight.
I'm starting my exercise in a major way. Working out 3 times a day. sounds like alot right...not really it is just in like 30 minute blocks.
I'm tracking all my calories on fit day but I just needed people to talk to who understand what it is like.
I hope you all can help keep me on track and motivated.

in august 2009. She is trying hard and hard to fit again in her old clothes but all in vain
. Now is consulting some diet experts [ about whom she came to know from one of her clients ]. And in last one month she improves a lot.
