Hi Ladies...I'm Stacy
I am a mom to 2. Daughter is 3 this week! and my son is 10 months. I'm also 39 yrs old.

It is so good to find a forum of moms trying to lose weight.

I'm starting my exercise in a major way. Working out 3 times a day. sounds like alot right...not really it is just in like 30 minute blocks.

I'm tracking all my calories on fit day but I just needed people to talk to who understand what it is like.

I hope you all can help keep me on track and motivated.

Wow! You're doing great. 30 minutes three times a day is a lot of energy. I have a 16-month-old and I don't have that much energy. :)

I do jog with her in her jogging stroller each morning. It's great for both of us to get out and get fresh air. I'm very happy with the results from the jogging enough that I created a website . I've lost a total of 73 pounds (63 from being pregnant and 10 from my pre-pregnancy weight).

Any exercise you can do to keep yourself fit for you and your children is excellent.

Keep up the fabulous work!

im inspired and wish to have same strength :)

I agree with everyone else. 3 times a day, 30 minute blocks, thats great. I can only get 30 to 45 minutes in a day. Good luck!

Being a mom of a two small kids and workout 3 times a day... Amazing. Hats off for you.

My Sister-In-Law gained weight after giving birth to an angel :hurray: in august 2009. She is trying hard and hard to fit again in her old clothes but all in vain :ack2:. Now is consulting some diet experts [ about whom she came to know from one of her clients ]. And in last one month she improves a lot.

The moral of story : Try Hard, you can achieve the target.:grouphug:
