I'm new to the site and have lost 25 since December 09

Hi my name is Wendy. I'm married mother of two. I used to work for a ladies gym where I learned how to take care of my body. I still have 30 pounds to go to get to my goal weight but have lost 25 pounds since December 09. It has come off slowly but in a healthy way.

I use Weight Watchers as a smart guideline. I've just started doing the program on my own again and really like losing the 1-2 pounds a week. I should be to my goal weight at the end of January if I am able to keep it up.

mod edit: can't ask people to contact you directly. I have lots of tools that keep me on track.

Well done on your weightloss so far!

And slow and steady definitely is the best way! It's how I am trying to do it.

Hi Wendy - I'm a new member here too but a long time lurker that has learned alot on this board.

Great job on your weight loss!

I've learned that I needed a lifestyle change not another temporary (or fad) diet. I now eat less, eat better and move more. It's simpler than I was trying to make it.
