Hi guys... This is the first time I'm finding myself in any type of weight loss forum. I've never been "overweight" but I have never been "fit" either. I have always been right in between the two and I was always able to lose 5 lbs quick if I ever felt like I was gaining weight. I am now 27 and boy has that changed. I have 3 sons and with my 1st two I was ALWAYS able to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight within 6 months without really trying.
I HATE TO WORKOUT. But I feel like I have no other choice now as im growing older and my metabolism is changing.
The heaviest I've ever been (and it was when I was Pregnant) was 185 lbs. Keep in mind I am 5'5''.
My average weight as an adult has always been 140 lbs, and I was able to carry it well... My goal has always been to get down to 130 lbs and toned, but that hasn't happened. But I want it to happen. I will make it happen with the support from you all.
Today I am 156 lbs. WOAH, that's not cool. I am no longer able to hide my fat in my clothes and I carry all my weight in my arms and legs...
I don't expect that I will have a lot of time to post on here, but I promise to check in and believe me, I will be reading along.
