ok so im new on this and really excited!
ive started a "diet" recently and im losing weight, which by the way, i have never really been able to do!
my diet doesn feel like a diet though, and im kinda shocked by that cos im a choco/crisp/fizzy drink junky!
basically i got some app on my ipod that calculates how many calories i shud take to lose 2 pound per week and im sticking to it. ive never been able to stick to any form of diet but this time i really am motivated :L
i have given up chocolate and crisps and sodas and anything that adds useless calories to my diet. i never in a million years thought i cud do that!
i wake up in the morning now and i have breakfast (never used) which is cereal weighed out, i eat rice cakes in skul to avoid choco, and i go home and have a dinner (usually somthing with chicken
and thats it!. . im not hungry any more, ever!
anyway.. im still new to dieting and losing weight but ive lost 7 pounds so far and for the first time ever i tried on a dress i bought ages ago and zipped it up! i cudn do that before, so im proud!
i joined this forum for healthy motivation and support which is something i really need cos i have struggled with bulimia! although my new "diet" has really given me a better attitude towards food and my body!
