Hey everyone,
I'm Katie and I'm 18 and weigh 220. I don't look it however. My 34DD chest adds on a lot.
It's really hard for me to stay motivated. My Mom isn't the healthiest eater and I have a major sweet tooth...and I do the whole emotional eating thing. Coming here and typing out these things is another step for me to try to commit myself.
I'm not going to drink and regular soda and not going to eat after 7 at night. I'm going to drink lots of green tea and eat smaller portions. I'm going to exercise on the Gazelle for an hour every day.
I have clothes I want to wear in July when I go to Brazil. So, I basically have 6 months. I'd better get started.
Any encouragment would be deeply appretiated.
