I'm new here...

Hello, I'm a 27 year old married woman with a 15 month old child. I gained 20 lbs attempting to conceieve and then I gained 58 lbs whild being pregnant. That is a whopping total of 78 lbs!!! I wasn't Carrie Underwood when I started. I was 146 lbs and went up to 224! I am now down 57 lbs to 167 lbs. I have just started working out on Tuesday. I had a session with my PT yesterday. I will be working out with him 1x per week to start with and 2x's on my own. I want to start slow as I am a complete Newb! If you have any suggestions or helping comments please let me know.
 
Thank you!! I watch what I eat. I splurge a little on the weekends though...shh don't tell! I try to keep it 40c/30f/30p. I mostly keep it in the 1200ish range but on the weekends I can go as high as the 1300's for my calorie intake. I walk. I walk and I try to lift weights about 1-2x's per week.
