I'm new here

Thought I would join a group and get some support. I am 45 yrs old and I would like to lose 40 to 50 lbs. I've tried every diet throughout my life and I know all I have to do is simply "eat less" :banghead: but it's not that simple. I have done Atkins in the past with some success but I get tired of meat and the limited selections. Plus I need something that I don't feel like I am "falling off" of. I recently went on the R&D Diet Cookie program after hearing a lot about the cookie diets. I read some good reviews about them. I've been on the cookies for a week now and I have to admit they taste pretty good. The first couple of days were strange but I'm used to eating them now. I'm hoping it stays this easy so I can lose the weight once and for all like they advertise. I will let you know.

Hi everyone! Thought I would give you an update... I have lost a total of 38 lbs. July I lost 18, August I lost 12 and so far in Sept I am down 8 more! OK, so the weight is coming off slower than they said it would but WOW! Two things...
1. The scale is going down fast enough that I am still motivated! The only "stuck" period was for about 3 days! and
2. The R&D Diet Cookies are pleasant, easy, keep me full, and I dont craves foods so it is really easy to stick to this diet and lose the weight (even if it is taking a little longer).
I love the company, they are quick and always answer all my questions fast!

I totally recommend the R&D Cookie Diet! It really is a diet... not a lifestyle and I know for sure it will be the LAST diet I will ever have to go on!!!

Hi Barb,
I'm still on them and I'm still lovin' them. I had a few more social "eating" events this past month so my weight loss slowed down but I still am in control and it's like I'm losing weight "in the background". They have a website but I'm not sure I can post it here. I posted it once b4 in a chat room and they banned me. You can try googling them and they should show up. :gnorsi:

Basically, it's one of those cookie diets. I think it is the best one because they are much cheaper and I read where they beat the others in a test taste. I like the taste of them. They are a diet aid so don't expect an oreo! Don't let the word "cookie" turn you off tho'. They are really just a high protein/fiber/energy bar in cookie shape. You eat around 6 of them throughout the day and a sensible dinner. The cookies take away hunger and cravings so you can stay on your diet. It really is a diet and not a lifestyle,.. meaning you go on them to lose weight then go off and transition into a healthier lifestyle. I read where I can use them off and on in order to keep the weight off. I look forward to that part!:hurray:
