Wanted to say hey to you all.

I'm about half way to my goal. Started in February 08. Lost 125 lbs, 100 more to go.

Pretty sure I have the physical stuff down. Diet, exercise.

Really struggling with the inner game stuff. Motivation, weekly goal setting, displine and determination.

You guys look like a really fun group so Hey.

Please respond with any tips, advice, especially the mental stuff.

THANKS......but unfortunately, the ONLY butt I'm KICKING right now, is my OWN, for having such a BAD week for points....BUT I willllll be BETTER and FEELING GREAT for VEGAS!!!

Just thought I would stop by and visit your post since you visited both my diary and my before and in-between picture post.

A huge congratulations is in order for the amazing amount of weight you have already lost. That is absolutely stupendous.

As for the motivation you need, this is place to find it. It is such an encouraging and friendly atmosphere. It is a wonderful community of individuals sharing their knowledge while continuing to learn successful habits on the road to their goals. There are challenges to join here that can give you much needed direction. The forums in a way make you accountable for your diet/exercise. Perhaps even start a diary.
