Hi I am new to this site and i am a 20yr old single mother of one who is trying to lose weight. Ive just started changing my eating habits and i walk one mile a day. It feels great. I havent lost any weight yet but i am confident i will. Its just depressing sometimes when i see all these small girls in the videos and stuff it makes me feel bad about myself but the main reason i want to lose weight is for my health. Diabetes runs in my family and i have a beautiful little boy that i have to live for. So he is my main motivation. I hope you guys can be there for me in my journey. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. I weigh 200 now but i want to be at at least 140. But the most i want to be at is 155. I want to do it by the Summer of 07. Hopefully if i keep on the path that i am going i will.
