Hello! I just registered and I'm ready to get back on track. About 7 years ago I lost about 115 pounds. In the past several months eventhough I refuse to get on the scale, I can tell that I've gained about 15 to 20 pounds. I can tell by the way my clothes fit (or don't). I figure now is the time to "nip it in the bud" and get back on track before gaining all that weight back. It seem so hard now and I don't know why. I'm hoping that by joining this group I will have someplace to go where I can get support and maybe it will make me hold my self accountable and I will stay on track.
