Hi, So it's come down to this for me. I've decided to do something about my body because i'm not happy anymore. That was the first big step for me. I now need to get motivated to actually DO something about it.
I'll start with the basics. I'm 21, 5'6" and 160 lbs. In January I weighed 185 and started working at a factory. Because I was active for 8 hours straight and climbed up and down so many stairs I lost 25 lbs. I broke the 160 mark over the summer and dropped to 155, only to gain that weight right back. I would go running 3 times a week but that really put a strain on my body. I'm decently large chested and would wear two sport bras and a tank top with a built in bra and would still be sore the next day.
I have bi-polar and find it hard to get motivated to work out. I don't have the money to go to the gym but my parents have an at home gym with weights and a balance ball. If anyone can suggest anything that will get me motivated i would really appreciate it. My goal is 125 and by my calculations I need to lose 2 lbs a week for 4.5 months to reach that. Hopefully someone can help me
