Hi Dora,

some of the low cal snacks that I love noshing on is my fiber one cereal, 52 grams (a serving) is about 160 calories. You can just munch on it like its chips and it has an insane amount of fiber which leads to making you feel fuller longer. Are you interested in any types of fruits? Apples also have a lot of fiber... I also know that if you are really into snacks there is a variety pack of baked chips (Baked Lays comes to mind and they are single servings, so you CAN'T go overboard, once they are done, its done). Skinny Cow Ice Cream products are really great, 140 calories for an ice cream sandwich is delish! Takes the same if not better than the real deal. I also suggest a nice slice of light wheat bread (about 50 calories) and 1 tblspoon of peanut butter, good source of protein and carbs in one shot. Eating slow is VERY helpful to feeling full sooner.

How is your water intake? You should be drinking about a gallon of water a day for better kidney and liver function (leads to better fat burn with an increased liver function) and it helps with killing those hunger pangs.

mixing protein w/ a carb helps with the full feeling..

Wasa crackers, high fiber really hearty crackers (that list, whole wheat and water as the primary ingredients -there's nothing on the ingredients l ist you couldn't find elsewhere in the store) w/ 1/2 - 3/4s of an ounce of cheese - (I'm nto a fat of the low fat/fat free cheeses, the texture is wrong and there's too much sodium in them - a real cheese you get more flavor and need less of i t for the satisfaction )

Or those crackers with peanut butter (read the ingredients list - peanuts only -no palm oil or added sugars should be allowed)

cottage cheese on crackers

hard boiled eggs...

anything can be a snack...

Great call with those EGGS! I actually love my Egg Beaters... 30 calories in a serving compared to 70 for one egg. I throw 60 calories (1/2 of cup goes a long way in a pan) on a slice of the Weight Watchers Multigrain bread... another big yummy. Protein + Carbs... win/win.

Cream cheese on a variety of things is also a good snacky thing - the low fat neufchatel is pretty good -the fat free stuff is wall paper paste... it's good on whole grain breads w/ sliced strawberries... or other fruit...

get your behind to a grocery store and read labels... explore... :D
