Im new, 273 to 205 and still going

hello im Patrick


At my 19th birthday my scale read 273lbs and i knew enough with the procrastinating, for my physical and mental state

something had to change, i look at the person i was and the person i am now and the only thing i truly like about me back then was that i made a change.


from 273 to 205 and still working to my goal of 173


42-34 pants 2x-large shirt

Congrats Patrick! I'm the same age as you, and almost the same weight ( was 260.. now @ 245 ) How long did it take you to loose the weight? And what did you change in your daily routine that helped you do it?

i look at food now as fuel, before i ate to pass up time because i was so depressed with my day to day life. first thing i changed was the kinds of food i ate cut out the junk food

then i started going to the gym i rode the exercise bike an hour a day 4-5 days a week until i lost about 30 lbs after that i bought my first rode bike and got hooked on cycling it

really makes working out something to look forward to.


i cant say thanks enough for the congrats and the support its hard to loose a lot of weight, still be overweight and be judged about my sincerity of being healthy
