I'm Matt from New Jersey!

Hi all,

I'm Matt from New Jersey. Glad I found this website. A little bit about me.

I have high blood pressure, and I was 265 pounds. I'm now down to 215 pounds, and my goal is about 180. My current body fat percentage is 26% and my BMI is 33.6% as calculated at my gym. I'm really hoping to lose more weight by running and a healthy diet and hopefully see my pulse and blood pressure naturally drop! That would be amazing :)

Matt, another good weigh to control weight is through low-heart rate aerobics; ex., walking at 65% of your theoretical max heart rate. High-heart rate (i.e., running) is excellent but LHR is also very effective. As I've read, LHR burns fat and HHR tends to burn glucose...both necessary.
