I'm losing weight...

I'm losing weight just like that! I eat well, exercise a little, but my weight is constantly falling. My health is fine. What to do, friends?
 
Well, you said in another thread that you're exercising constantly. You could try tracking your food and exercise for 2 weeks, and seeing how many calories you really take in and burn. I know that when I consciously eat "well" I have to keep an eye on my calories to make sure I don't go too low.
