I'm new to this forum but not to weight loss .. :newbie:

I used to weigh 110 pounds till my age of 17 yrs :nopity:,I had a good lifestyle pretty active all the time then I started to put on weight like no man's business. I used to be overweight till my pregnancy at 185 pounds. Pregnancy changed my lifestyle from bad to worse. I had to quit my job during my pregnancy due to complications I had. Everytime I used to pig out for lunch and dinner (highest during my pregnancy was 227) thank god I still had normal delivery with huge weight of mine, after delivery during my doc visit at 6 weeks checkup I lost to 209 pounds. This made everything worse, I was flying in the sky thinking that nursing made me to lose weight. :smash:I didn't bother to worry after that ya I assumed I'd slim easily.

After 6 months of staying home with my baby, I started feeling difficulty walking. Caluses was troubling my foot like hell that I literally cry to stand walk. Thanks to google I realized I might be adding on weight which could be a possible reason for my caluses.

Got myself a weighing scale , love my hubby he got me a digital scale..

Shock of my life, I weighed 236 pounds.. I entered obesity now, I'm still under a shock how I gained around 30 pounds in a very short time :banghead:

I lost almost 20+ pounds by working on my calorie intake, I log on to sparkpeople and enter my food intake everyday without fail.

I have even started to include more fruits and veggies in my food, I have yet to start a exercise routine having a baby at my hand now. hoping to start it soon

I feel like a new person after losing some weight , I'm glad I joined this forum

You guys really motivate me, I will keep posting. I hope to see myself from obese - overweight - normal soon
