Im getting mad i want to lose weight

Hi. im 21 i dont know my weight exactly but is less 200 pounds
I started since monday to friday on the treadmill and liftting weighs.
my breakfast is two slices of wheat grain bread that has cal. 70, fat. 10, protein 3%, fiber 2%, with a glass of water. then i ride the treadmill for 30 minutes walking without resting, my speed is 3.5 miles it always shows that i lost cal 220 and fat.56 after i finished, i rest and i went to the liftting weighs its weight is 50 pounds, i did 30 then 15 then 8, then i went back to the treadmill for 10 minutes more. And i do exactly 45 minutes of exercises. In the afternoon i eat a bit of cooked white rice then go to work 5:pm until 10:pm in a restaurant but i don't eat nothing from there. when i get back from work i lift small weights its weight is 40 pounds then finally eat a apple and go to sleep. all of that is in my house

please tell me is this okay what i'm doing? because i want to lose weight the faster way possible.
 
The calorie burned monitors on equipment is not going to be accurate...

This is your first post...

spend some time reading the stickied threads around the forum - especially in on topic, exercise and nutrition.. then come back and ask yourself if what you're doing is ok...

Why do you want to lose weight in the fastest possible way? don't you want it to stay off?
 
I really dont think you're eating enough...esp. proteins... You need more cals in a day for sure......

I agree with above..read the stickies.
