I'm doing this for ME!

Hello everyone,
My name is Cynthia and i'm 20 yrs old. Last time I checked I weigh 211LBS and am 5'1" tall. I've never been thin or happy with how I look or feel. In high school I weighed 190lbs my senior year and have sinced packed on 20+Lbs. That 20lbs is taking a toll on my body and I can feel it wearing me down.

So! I am determined to take it off! I'd like to loose that 20lbs by my 21st birthday this year. September 30th, 2008...is my goal date. I have a gym membership to InShape Gym and have been going for the last week or so. I'm just afraid that when college starts up again in August, I won't be able to stick with my plan. I'll have a lot on my plate and i've never ever been good at balancing things or setting a time frame for my days!

I've started this journey for ME because i'm always taking care of everyone else. I just hope I stick to it. Wish me luck!

I'm going to college too and in the past my busy schedule has kept me from being able to go to the gym. I am also scared that once August rolls around I won't be able to be as committed, but I have decided that I am going to fit in at least one hour a day and I am going to put it in my planner just like my classes/homework/meetings/etc so that I know I have to do it. It isn't going to be easy, but for me I just have to know that the alternative is worse. Good luck-let me know how it goes.
