Well i started my diet and exersice yesterday. I walked a mile yesterday. And also ate healthy and drank water all day. Same with today i went to the gym for an hour and also went for a 2 mile walk afterwards. Went and swam for a good hour. And also have been eating healthy and drinkin water so far. I weighed myself on thursday i weighed 137.6lbs. (which i counted as my starting weight). This morning i weighed myself and i weighed 135.1lbs. If i started going to the gym every monday, wednesday, friday & saturday. And also eating alot of fruits an veggies like i have. How long do you think it will take to see results? My sister is getting married Aug 25th im the maid of honor. So id like to lose a little by then. Im also 5'4" i forgot to add that. Oh yea also as my eating health its pretty much like this so you get a better idea. Like today for :
Breakfast: A bowl of oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries and some orange juice. Along with takeing my 1 a day womens weight smart vitamen.
Lunch: Whole wheat english muffin with some peanut butter, apple with some peanut butter. And 1/3 of a ham, turkey sandwhich on wheat bread (it was about a 2inch piece, kid size).
Snack: 2 small weight watchers chocolates, blueberry grain and fruit bar.
Since i havent had supper yet i cant post that.
