ok im 18 yrs old. weigh... 185 lbs.. what im doing now is i have 2 peices of fruit for breakfast, for lunch and supper i have these shakes i bought that are " high protine meal supliments" (290 cals each(580 totalish) i got the high protine ones cuz i go to the gym every day and i hear protine helps build stamina and repair muscle tissue faster. my workout at gym goes as follows: stretch for 5 min, go on the cycle at hard setting for 30-45min, and do a weight lifting routine that i have setup, my goal on the bike is to lose the majority of the cals i take in for the day, after 30-45min i burn off between 500-600 cals. I wanna know if burning off most/all my daily cals is harmful in any way. Im also taking natural pills that boost matabolism (sorry for my bad spelling), control my apitite, and burn fat.
