I'm back haha!

Hello! This forum helped me lose so much weight after my pregnancy! But after moving to a new country with so many beautiful sweets and stress eating from the pressures of life I have gained back ten pounds from where I left off when I was here. :eek:

The problems:
1. I love sweets! LOVE them! I take pictures of them and keep them on my computer. It's my hobby.
2. Every week there are new sweets products here as well as new drinks (juices, sodas, soft alchohol) and I try them all. Horrible I know!!
3. I'm a mother and being a mother in this country means much stress! Not to mention hearing a foreign language all day can subconsciously stress a person out. Also almost everyone here is mad thin which makes me feel huge!! Thus I stress eat!

The Good points:
1. Because I have a toddler who will have nothing to do with a stroller and I walk everywhere I have not gained as much weight as I should have by now. If you saw weekly pictures of what I eat you would understand it's mad calories. So the good point is that if I simply eat less and do exercise besides just daily life things I should start to see a change.
2. I'm not in a hurry to lose mad weight fast. I just want to lose the 10 pounds I've gained plus ten more to be in a healthy weight zone and I can be patient.
3. I'm getting better at reading the language and with a little help from my husband I'm translating really delish and healthy recipes from magazines so I am cooking more and buying ready made food less.

So I'm back and ready to be healthy!

WoW getting to try so many scrumptious decadents every day is just a freakin dream....or a dread...haha....mmmmmmmmmm more :drool5:

Well that is excellent on the not too much weight gain!! BONUS!!

The Ispahan in my avatar is my husbands favorite! I gave up on a special event at my favorite patissier involving their Ispahan fetish line.:cry: Once I get my weight at a manageable level I'm sure there will be other events! Dream or dread is right haha! Thank you for the welcome back! This is such a good website for getting organized and keeping motivated!
 
...it'd sure be awesome if you could make a thread dedicated to your SwEEts Photography!!! ...But than again maybe not, BUT I'd be Your Number One Fan!!!! :party::drool5::drool5::drool5::drool5::drool5::drool5:
 
I don't think it's a good idea to start a thread on it here but I might start a blog when the little one goes to kindergarten next year, haha. I post a couple of pictures here so you can get an idea if only because it shows that walking everywhere can really make a differnce because I would eat this stuff all the time, definitely every week but more often than not more than that.
 
WoW they sure are sooo purrrdy!!! ZOMG!!! That fourth one just has me sayin, OMG WOW My OH My, can you tell food is the way to my heart? LOL The last one all I could think, "those cakes must be a few hundred cals".....I don't think I could resist, like when I went to Vegas, and they had all those buffet's and there dessert buffets, I didn't know what to do!! :willy_nilly::willy_nilly:
