i join awhile ago but never posted anything, well like everyone else here i'm trying to lose weight, i'm not the type of person that watches his calories but i'm trying, i have cut down on all fast food and junk food and i'm only eating breakfast and dinner and snacks in between mainly apples or a banana.

i do alot of walking a day, 10.000 to 20.000 if its not to cold outside but when it comes to doing work out at home i get tired easily! which is bad, i just did 5 minutes of jumping jacks and sit ups and the front part of my legs started hurting from the jumping.

so i don't know what to do with that cause thats one of the things i can do here with my limited space and lack of exercise machines and stuff.

i do have some weights i do that too but i can only do a few reps.

i don't know why it doesn't feel heavy at all, maybe its the stress and depression making me feel weak and lazy..

i don't want to quit again, i stop so many times before cause i never saw any results even though everytime i weighted myself it said i lost weight but i never notice it so i thought the scale was broken...

i'm going to put myself on this soup and water diet to see if that works out and then i'm doing the whole lemonade fasting..

i weight 332 but everyone that i know tells me it can't be right cause i don't look it.

right now i wanna do a few exercises that work out the whole body like jumping jacks and jump roping and running, walking but i don't have room for jump roping, so can i do that without the rope? i know i saw it in a video before and the guy said that its the same thing but i wanna make sure.

any advice? help? thanks ^_^

NO NO NO NO AND NO - this is the absolute worst thing i the world that you can do for yourself if you want long term lasting results.

Read around the forum - especially the stickied threads in nutrition and exercise and get the fad diet/quick fix mentality out of your head.

332 is a starting point - heck my starting point was a helluva lot higher tha that - but take it day by day and it does reduce if you do it sensibly and with moderation

welcome!

I was once around your weight Im down to 175 now... I want to tell you first it sounds like your rushing in.. I see alot of people who go full into it 100% when it comes to weight loss... first just try to lose 5-10lbs here... if you get into it then go into it 100%.... about eating, I would eat 4-5 small meals per day... at your weight I would drink 1.25-1.5 gallons of water per day to release/piss out all of the fat....

When it comes to you being winded the best thing I can offer to you to do is get on an olyptical, start with 10-20 mins per day... once you work your cardio wise so you do have endurance I would then try to walk / jog but olyptical is definately the best route to go by if you get winded easily!

Good luck and I hope you achieve your goals!

get an account at or one ofthe other 100s of free food journal sites on the web and learn what a portion s ize is and how to accurately weigh and measure foods... weight loss is a matter of using more calories than you take in... so it's helpful to know what you are taking in.
