im a swimmer

so as the thread title stated, im a swimmer. i'm currently 15, and do on average 4 90 minute training sessions a week of around 2.5k each (100 laps or so) they usually consist of sprints and/or short distance sets. my times are as follows:

200 free: 2.40
100 free: 1.10
100 breast: 1.24
50 breast: 40 sec
100 i.m. : 1.17

im mostly looking for tips for my diet (i usually just eat whatever my mom cooks up) and improving those times
