Hello to all. I recently found this forum and thought it might have some good info for me. Seven months ago I changed my lifestyle to include regular exercise and healthy eating. I'm taking it slow and steady as I'm not as young as I used to be, but I've lost 40 lbs. so far and have learned to love the gym! Amazing to believe I used to hate exercise. Now I'm wanting to get into all sorts of new sports. It's great!
