Hello, im Emma.
this is my first post in here.
since i was 13 i have gone up and down between a dress size 8 and 14 (USA 4 and 10)
i go for it in the gym and eating healthy for a few months ..... nearly get to how i wanna be body wise n then a go on a big binge for a few months and regain all the weight.
im 26 now and this has been going on far to long.... i just want to shape up and stay that way but i dont know why i find it so hard.
its even harder since i had my daughter to get the weight off....
at the moment my measurements 36/29/36 and i would love them to be maybe 34/25-26/34-35 .....
im not eating overly healthy just in moderation (if i eat really really healthy then i cant stick to it)
also i do 30 mins on a bike 4 times a week. also lots of brisk walking all through the week and i do 3 weights workouts a week aswell.
i weight 9 stone 11 pounds at the moment (havent got a clue what that is in pound) i would like to be 9 stone or just under 9 stone.
these last few pounds and last few inches are so hard to shift and its realyl starting to p**s me off now.
before i had my daughter i was a dancer and it is something i desperatly want to do again but i cant until i have sorted out the excess blubber
