I'm a newcomer to the weight loss forums.

Greetings everyone, my name is Michael. I decided to look for a forum where people are genuine about losing weight and improving their physical health.

I have a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and I'm currently enrolled in law school. I am a former personal trainer who, because of various commitments, doesn't have time to train and educate people formally anymore.

It seemed silly to let everything I had learned go to waste though. I will be happy to help anyone with basic or even advanced questions.
