I'm a newcomer and I'm in desperate help of a diet!

Hello, for the last few years, I've just been eating unhealthy, I'm not crazily over weight but I am always feeling down and depressed. I'm 6ft 2, and weigh just under 15 stone, so it's not an ideal weight. I'm always talking down about my self too my girlfriend and it's starting to take affect. She's so supportive so I'm not lacking in that area. I just feel really low about my self so I just need help with a diet, what's the best foods to eat, and if there is any vitamin tablets or protein shakes that will help me along the way.

Id really focus on your fruits, veggies and protein. Forget about those shakes or pills! Truat me...u eat healthy and youll be shocked how fast you feel better!
 
6 small meals a day, protein at every meal such as tinned tuna, hard boiled eggs, sliced turkey, chicken breast.

Don't cut out your carbs. Include the Wholegrain complex carbs such as brown rice, quinoa, rye bread, slim pasta. 1/2 cup per serve except dinner. Lessen fruits, maximum 2 per day. Stick to berries apples nectarine or pear. And drink loads of water!
