Im a double chin fatty

hehe Im not fat fat but I was, I weighed 100 kilos (x2=pounds) then I started workin out and reached 79.5 kilos but after ramadan and weight lifting I climbed up to 81 kilos. My Goal is 70 kilos and to get rid of my man boobs.

Stop putting yourself down, things aren't that bad. Weight lifting is going to increase your bodyweight if your doing it properly. If you are weight training then what I would do is rather than focus on what the scales are telling you try to rely on what the mirror is telling you.

The scales could well be increasing from week to week, but that does not mean that you will not start to look that much better and fitter! Personally I weigh 95kg, but have a bodyfat percentage of approx 8% - 12% so am not worried about what the scales say! Try it. Change the way you are trying to get the body you want and you will see results!
 
heheh true true. But I just thought if I reached 70 the fat will be poofie gone. I weigh 80 kilos now :O on the dot. but Uhm my arms look amazingly hot since I worked those out!
 
Welcome to the forum!! First you must stop putting yourself down like that!! That attitude is counterproductive to your goals. You can do it!! Good Luck!! :D:D:D
