Stop putting yourself down, things aren't that bad. Weight lifting is going to increase your bodyweight if your doing it properly. If you are weight training then what I would do is rather than focus on what the scales are telling you try to rely on what the mirror is telling you.
The scales could well be increasing from week to week, but that does not mean that you will not start to look that much better and fitter! Personally I weigh 95kg, but have a bodyfat percentage of approx 8% - 12% so am not worried about what the scales say! Try it. Change the way you are trying to get the body you want and you will see results!
