im 15- need 2 day workout schedule.

Hello. I'm 15, 130lbs, and 5ft 4. Im joining a gym in a week. I need a workout routine for 2 days a week. I can't go the other days because of school. I already know my diet. I need a routine because it's only a 2 day routine. What could I do? I want arm workout and to loose back and weight.
