Is this the introduction thread?
I just signed up. I am not doing any drastic weight loss. Just almost 10 lbs that I have gained over the past year from traveling and so forth. Lost a lot of my muscle because I wasn't in the gym religiously/everyday like I was used to being. So getting that back, as well.
I am about to burst out of my size 4. I figured I'd get serious about this before I'm having to buy new clothes and panicking because I have more weight to lose. Get it before it gets you.
Thanks for all the motivating words I've read so far. I look forward to reading more and board-mingling with a very driven group of weight loss and fitness winners like you all.
