If you only can give one advice on weight loss......

Think positive. I think this is the most important.

I'm on day 6 of my weight loss healthy lifestyle program, I keep getting negative thoughts that I can't do it, that I can't do the couch to 5k program everyday. You have to CHALLENGE those thoughts and tell yourself how good of a job you did, and that you can absolutely can do it! Out of sight, out of mind.
Think positive, challenge negative thoughts, and you will succeed!
 
Something I've found recently with exercise, is enjoy yourself ..then enjoying the results just comes naturally :D
