I was down south in Myrtle Beach for Spring Break my senior year of college, and we went to this italian place. Im not real big on italian food, i like alot of it, but i get sick of it fairly quick too. Anyways, they had this absolutely MONSTER steak, if i remember right it was like a 32oz ribeye (Delmonico), no exageration on the size there. This thing was the biggest steak I have ever seen by far, and it was cooked PERFECT, little bit of pink in the middle, but still a warm center. and then on the side was this garlic butter blue cheese paste that you spread onto it. That dish sticks out as probably the best meal i have ever had. but notice the flaw in my thinking, i wonder how much was because of the quantity? Id wager quite a bit, and that is the kind of thinking that gets me where I am now, and the kind of thinking I avoid at all costs now.
Anyways, if not that one, then this little local place here makes a Chicken Marsala that is sublime. But i think the man in me is sticking with the steak, lol
