This is the ump-tenth time I'm making a diary and as each time, I'm farther right on the scale. This time it's different though. I mean it! My body is reacting poorly to all this extra weight. My blood pressure is soaring, I've been diagnosed with PCOS, body aches, weakness, laziness, and loss of motivation.
I just want a place where I can keep track of my numbers and what I eat.
I used to want to be skinny, now that isn't even in my horizon. I just want to be healthy again. I don't want to feel lethargic.
So, let's go baby, let's go! I got a lot of work ahead of me.

BMs: 3 (just got back from back to back vacations to the Carribeans and LA)
Food:
3 homemade peanut butter cookies
1 mrs. field packaged cookies
4 boiled eggs
3 persimmons
6oz cow neck meat
1 cup brown rice
1 slice double fiber bread
1 tbsp nutella
2 tbsp peanut butter
Calories: 2400
May seem a lot, but certainly a lot less than being on a 7 night cruise!

+ Be compassionate to others and myself!

@177LBS: REORGANIZE SKINNY CLOTHES (GOAL MARCH 1)
@157LBS: SIZE 6 DIAMOND BAND ($300MAX) (GOAL MAY 1)
@147LBS: SHOES and PURSE ($1000MAX) (GOAL JUNE 1)
@127LBS: NEW CLOTHING ($1000MAX) (GOAL AUGUST 15)
