Ideal Weight?

Does anyone by any chance know anywhere i can find the "healthy" weight chart for a male, 5'6"? I started at 240lbs and am just got solidly into the 160s after 8 months. Being in the 160's i kinda thought i would be getting close to how i wanted to look, but to my dismay i have not seen the physical changes that i wanted to see. My original goal was to hit 160, but thats in about 8lbs and by the look of my progress pics nothing has changed in the last 10lbs lost. Is it possible 160 is still to high for my heigh? I believe my bone structure is medium since i can grip my wrist. I do have a BF analyzer, and it says im skirting between 15 and 16%.. i do have calipers but unfortunatley dont know how to use them. I seriously just wanna start seeing some kind of definition in my chest and have this ugly stomach to go away. Is it possible my ideal weight is lower then i originally predicted? maybe in the 140s?

I dont like what i see in the mirror, so therefore i look at the scale lol. I havent seen any huge changes after losing over 70lbs, besides the obvious fat loss... i thought by 160 id start to really thin out around my stomach, but it hasnt happened yet. thats why im so concerned about what my ideal weight should be... if its 155 then i have another 14lbs to go, but if its 145 then i have 24lbs...

I think a big problem here too is lack of muscle mass in this situation and loose skin. If you increase your muscle mass you may like more what you are seeing. Just a thought.

you really think its loose skin? that really depresses me... and i dont know if i want to bulk since i still have so much fat left to lose.. gaining fat while bulk would not be very progressive.. i would see it as going backwards
