Ideal Weight Calculator - including body frame

Huh. "Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 124 and 138 pounds." Well, I guess that my goal is just right! Sweet. Guess that that means that my Super Mega Ultra Goal is just way too low. Based upon the assumption that I have a medium frame. Like, my fingers touch with some squeeze. But if I didn't have as much wrist fat they'd comfortably touch. Anyways. Woo! 124-138! Yay!

I dont think you need to know what you should be. Ive taken a rough estimate (12 and a half stone) for my ideal body weight, but the best thing to do is just keep dieting until YOU are satisfied with how you look. It doesnt matter what you SHOULD be. Im just going to diet until i cant see/feel any fat on myself.

hmm...according to that calculator...

Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 139 and 151 pounds.

I was 240lbs, and im now around 166. I guess another 15lbs and i should lose this stomach :(

Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 121 and 135 pounds.

My thumb just barely overlapped my finger but I'm definitely not a small frame. So I chose a medium frame. My goal was around 135-140 so that's about right.

yay!

Wow, thanks for sharing this. I'm kind of depressed because I guess I have a large frame, but according to the site, my goal weight should be between 134 and 155 -- my goal is 135, so I feel good that I chose a healthy goal weight for my height and frame. At least I know my thinking is on the right track now.

Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 130 and 144 pounds.

I wanted to go to 125, we'll see when I get there, now I must focus just to keep going down =)

for me it said between 128 an 143 with a large frame but that is a long way out for me, My Lean body mass is higher than that at 144 lb not including any fat. Absolutly imposible i would need to loose muscle and have 0% fat :rotflmao:

Sweet! I'm 5'6 weighing in at 135.2lbs with a small frame. My ideal weight is 120-133 and my original goal weight was 125lbs - not bad!!! Thanks for posting this!!!

Ideal weight is 118-132. My fingers overlapped when I squeezed, but when relaxed, they touched comfortably, so I chose medium frame. Guess my goal of 130 is a good start!!! I was always 127 and very happy with my body, but 130 seemed like a easier number to work with!
