Okay so about a week ago i was 117 pounds (im 4 ft 11 so it does show alot) and ive been dieting and eating right and walking on my treadmmill i have been walking 3 miles a day and already lost 5 pounds!!! I was wondering wat other techniques i could do to lose my lovehandles...man i hate those more then anything. I do see my stomach getting smaller but its still big i know i still need lots of work. Anyways when i am on the treadmill i stay at a pace of 3 mph and on an incline of 3. I did research and someone said to change paces like to go to a 7 mph and go down and so on.... Wat can i do to lose those extra calories and love handles? I would love to hear anyones advice and anything that worked for them.... Thanks
