Well, hello everyone~~let me start with a little bit of background
I'm new here but not new in weight losing.
I started last Nov. something, worked out everyday(almost) on treadmill for 30min. at avg. speed of 6.5 and 30min of x-trainer random level 15..and someother stuff. And I took a one month break in Dec. and now I'm back and running again
now i'm 229 lbs at 6.1 ft, whichis almost 31 lbs off of my peak of 260 lbs.
Well, so far i'm happy about my result as I lost weight while being able to keep on eating as i used to.
Ok..
now, my weight got stuck at 228~230. I guess my body's kinda adapted to my current workout load. so now i go to gym everyother day, start with treadmill at 6.2 for first 20min, then 6.7 for 5min and finally 7.2 for 5min(no break in between). then repeat sit-up X30 and horizontal leg-crunch X30 for three times.
So I'd like your suggestions on what to do next to let my weight-drop back on the road again~~
so good to be here with you guys!
keep it up!
