Besides the fact that I want to lose some weight on my thighs, hips and bottom, but a little on my stomach too. Normally, I actually have a fairly flat stomach. However, I notice that when I eat, or even if I've just had something to drink, my stomach feels like it's pushing out (more where the intestines are rather than the stomach which is higher in the rib cage). I find it very strange and it's very uncomfortable.
I was wondering if anyone has had this before, or going through it now? What is it?? From the knowledge I have, I don't believe that I should be waking up with a flat stomach normally and throughout the day feel it grow. (somewhat hard to explain I guess).
If you know what it is, do you know how to stop it?????
Thanks guys. I really love reading all the different topics in this forum. lol since this is only my third post, it's easy to tell I prefer to read posts than write my own.
 
No, i dont drink that stuff.
and its not even like its energy drinks or beer or anything like that. Its just water, juice, that kind of stuff.
