Instead of being stupid and waiting till april to post and say I have a month to get in shape I think I'll start now. I got a gym membership for christmas and I do go but I still don't eat right.I just need to know what to eat basically because I can never think of what to eat that's healthy. I'm 17 male and i'm 5'10 and weigh 12 stone 4.I've lost a stone as I used 2 be 13 stone 5. So what should I eat and how many days a week should I work out? Sorry for rambling on and thanks for any help you can give me. BTW I wanna lose bout 30 pounds
